Hello.
I’m Harmony, an artist based in Copenhagen, making colourful, playful ceramic sculptures, art objects and prints. My work is all about intuitive making, bold colours, interesting textures, recycled materials, and bringing a quirky sense of fun into everyday life. I believe art should feel joyful, a little bit unexpected, and a lot like living.

Artist statement
Being creative has always been part of who I am — not something that started with a single moment, but something that's been with me for as long as I can remember. Even when my career took me into the world of advertising and marketing, I always found myself drawn back to making art — not because I wanted to, but because I needed to.I studied Fine Art at Byam Shaw London, later studying ceramics in Australia. Along the way, I built a fashion brand, raised my kids, and lived in London, Australia, Berlin — and now Copenhagen. Through all of that change, making art has always been my constant. My work is ideas-led and shifts across mediums, depending on where the inspiration takes me. Right now, I’m focused on sculptural ceramics and functional art pieces — vases, chairs, lampshades — that sit somewhere between art and everyday life. I’m big on texture, playful shapes, and bold colour, and I like my materials to have a say in what the final piece becomes. Sustainability is important to me, so I often work with reclaimed and recycled materials like old newspapers, egg cartons, and fabrics that would otherwise go to waste. My process is pretty intuitive — a mix of planning and letting things unfold naturally. Life often interrupts (hello, homeschooling and busy days!), but that’s part of it too. The messiness, the spontaneity — it all finds its way into the work.More than anything, I want my pieces to bring a sense of fun, brightness, and joy. Making art is how I express myself, how I keep growing, and how I show my kids — especially as a woman and a feminist — that making space for yourself, trusting yourself, and creating your own path is always worth it.Now in Copenhagen, I'm excited to keep building my practice, connecting with creative communities, and seeing where the next steps of this journey will take me.
